In the rooms of the legendary discotheque "Chattanooga Dancing", the "Wiener Stadtbräu" is now established in this historic cellar vault. It quickly gained a reputation as a cozy restaurant with fine Austrian cuisine.
Fine beer specialties, as well as 6 types of beer by the glass and local wine complete the offer in the rustic cellar.
However, the "Wiener Stadtbräu" has kept its connection to music and so there is dance music on Sundays and Mondays, and on Tuesdays jazz fans get their money's worth. There are also boogie, rock and Viennese song evenings (we have the program on hand).
The eatery has also garnered a following thanks to the "happy hour" that takes place every Tuesday through Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m., where every stein on tap is served at half price.
Right in the heart of the city you will find the "Wiener Stadtbräu" a hidden original that invites you to stop off the noise and hustle and bustle of the city. Centrally located on Vienna's "Graben", it is easy to reach by public transport and can accommodate up to 250 people.
Whether you come alone, with friends, family or business partners, the "Wiener Stadtbräu" always gives you a warm welcome. The beer cellar is also a perfect location to celebrate parties, whether birthdays, weddings, or private events, the "Wiener Stadtbräu"
has the right package ready for you. For smaller celebrations, we can also offer our "Bräustüberl" with approx. 70 seats, thanks to the extra room your celebration can be kept to yourself.
Come visit us for a nice beer or a cozy dinner and convince yourself of the ambience of our "beery" traditional inn.
Through the "Restaurant Chattanooga" you come directly into the vault of the "Wiener Stadtbräu", where the Rolling Stones, Falco and many other celebrities of the 60s and 70s were guests. In memory of this, we dedicated the Chattanooga Lounge in the "Wiener Stadtbräu" for the many friends of the universally popular "Chattanooga Dancing", where all the artists who have already played here are immortalized on the walls.
